Returns and Refund Policy

Smarter Tradesman sells digital products, including downloadable quotation systems, templates, documents and other digital resources.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access provided following purchase, purchases are generally non-returnable once the digital content has been supplied or downloaded.

Where applicable, before receiving immediate access to digital content, customers may be asked to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that, once supply begins, they will lose their statutory right to cancel during that period.

Faulty or Incorrect Files

If you experience a technical problem with a download, receive an incorrect file, or believe the digital product is faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us at smartertradesman@gmail.com.

We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement, correction or refund.

Refund Requests

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law. Where you are legally entitled to a refund, we will honour those rights.
